I am so glad that I’d found Panes Windows and they did all windows for me. I’d been searching for a company to replace windows and got quite a few quotes. After I found Panes all other companies were out of the equation. Not only the prices were unbeatable and significantly lower than other companies offered, but the service was amazing. No pushing sales techniques, every question was answered, and additional questions, and more questions. Their website is a gem! You can check all available styles, qualities, glass, casing, etc. It will give you all prices and installation cost. It is not that easy to find a company that provides all this information upfront and before a sales person gets to you with “very special offers”. David, who came to discuss what we need, is a great person to deal with, always available to answer questions, never ignores messages and always returns phone calls. It is not that often after the contract is signed, right? Even though the company had an extremely busy time and scheduling, our installation date was pretty quick. There were no changes, everything worked out on time. The team of installers was very professional and polite, working fast and efficient. All the windows were done on the same day. They cleaned everything after the job was done. Our windows look amazing; we even left the Panes’ stickers on the windows for a week so the other people can see the name of the company.
