I have booked new home from Baycliffe in Year 2020. Builder gave us home on time and transition was so smooth. Joe, Lisa and Rosa are excellent people. They are so accommodating . They have been very polite, and detailed in answering all our minor to major queries, cleared our doubts, and guided us through the possession of our house. We are so blessed that we got this builder's home. We love our home and referred many friends who also love their homes. Thank you Baycliffe for the great experience. Keep up the great work.

Darren is a knowledgeable, kind and accurate home inspector. Yesterday he did our new home inspection and he did thoroughly. He inspect all electrical, plumbing, roof, flooring, windows, doors, appliances, walls of the home. He is up to date with the real estate inspection code and market. I am highly recommend him to all. I will use him again again for our future properties. He gave us report in detail with recommendation and very fast so we can meet our deadline. Thanks Darren for your service.
