On demand boiler system produced only tepid wTer in the three years we have lived here. Smelled like a gas leak on the north exterior side of our house Plumbers here either didn’t return calls or know how to fix. Stook Plumbing answered their phone, came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, our old boiler had quit completely, dripping on the floor, not even tepid water. stook ordered and installed the new boiler and it is like a miracle. He did highly technical complex work which included undoing the previous poor install. Gas leak fixed! Hot water! One day! We have only good things to say this company.
