I hired Mark S to do a large landscaping project which involve stone patios, retaining walls and flowerbeds. He told me he would glue the cap stones that sit on top of all the walls as it is a safety hazard if not secured. Unfortunately he only glued about 1/3 of the stone caps and never completed the rest. I have called him on several occasions over the last two years to finish his work, and on the last phone call he told me to go **** myself and stop calling him. On top of that, he uses photos of our job on his website and numerous other sites, something he never asked our permission for. We were happy with the work on a whole but just wished he would do what he said and what I paid for. Beware if you are thinking about hiring his company to do your work.
