Can't even begin to express how disappointed I was with this company. Will never be going back. They made a mistake and just insisted that it wasn't them. Too many emotions spilled on this one. I'm done

This review is by Adam Eveline and Tom Sofianopolis of Toronto. We made them a beautiful solid maple door with fristed glass for their condominium. We just installed it two days ago.
Unfortunately...when these gents placed their order they misinformed us by telling us the door would open to the right...when in fact it actually opens to the left. So...when we installed their door handle in our shop according to the information they provided at the time they ordered...it was on the wrong side.
We know that sometimes people make mistakes. So...we write all details on our orders and ask that our customers look over and verify all of the facts. Tom and Adam's order clearly stated that the door rolls right. And the disclaimer on their order clearly states that "all information on order at time of deposit is considered correct and if any changes are required to let us know." Needless to say...we didnt hear anything from these gents regarding their mistake.
When I heard from Adam...I offered to install another handle on the other side of the door. I offered twice. He never accepted the offer.
Adam would rather make threats of writing bad reviews...and swear at us via email...and try to lay the blame on us for the incorrect information ...than doing the sensible thing and have another handle put on the other side of the door.I wish I could attach a copy of Adam's order here on Home Stars...but I cant. The details are CLEARLY WRITTEN IN A DETAILED ACCOUNT of the direction the door opens.
Adam...maybe you should have read your order? We simply recorded the information you gave us. YOU made a mistake. We offered a solution. You decli ed.
