A Furnace and Air Conditioner replacement was urgently needed due to a potential safety issue. A Plus Air Systems was contracted through Enercare and performed the work 11/28/2020. Qais and Brad completed a very professional and first-rate installation after quickly and neatly removing the old equipment. Their work was high quality, neat and clean. Moreover they were very pleasant and polite and took the time to answer all of our questions. Before leaving they performed a complete system test and also provided a basic overview of the new system. Thanks very much!

We needed damaged sections of a roof repaired and I contacted this company based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Andriy came over within a couple of days. The original kitchen floor was in the house when we purchased it. The tiles had begun to loosen so we decided it was time for a change. I called for a quote and from the first visit to the house to the end of the job, the team at Y.O.P were a pleasure to work with. Wilson who laid the tile did an excellent job and took the time to ensure we were happy throughout the project. We have some additional small renovations that we want completed and we won't hesitate to call Y.O.P to do the work for us. Thanks for giving our kitchen a new look.

Mr. Rooter recently installed a new dishwasher at our residence. Nicolas was really nice to deal with and ended up spending over 3 hours on the installation, which proved more complicated than it first appeared. A complete test was done on the new dishwasher to confirm proper operation and no leaking. Job well done, thanks!

Max installed a hot water tank that I had purchased. He was extremely busy with AC service calls but, made time to this job on a Saturday. Anthony did an awesome job assembling & installing a bidet we had recently purchased. It was a difficult job and took longer than expected. Anthony thoroughly tested the bidet to ensure there were no leaks. Also, as the holes did not line up to secure the bidet, he needed to drill new holes and he was required to make a trip to home depot for new ceramic drill bits. I was very impressed with Anthony's professional attitude, skill and attention to quality and customer satisfaction. Thanks!

Mr. Rooter recently completed replacement of an old, leaky main water shut-off in my home. Domenic Previte was really nice to deal with and explained the benefits of Mr. Rooter's "Advantage Plan", which I ended up puchasing. The kitchen & bath guys completed a very nice bathtub to shower conversion for my father - who is in his 80s and required better accessability and comfort. He is very happy with the final results.
