Joe and West York worked very well with my neighbour and I to handle our mutual driveway redesign and paving. They were flexible to our revisions, and worked very quickly to meet a deadline. Jason and his team did a great job for us. He picked up our renovation project after framing and took it through to final coat of paint. We found his team to be very collaborative and calm. When we made changes to designs, he quoted very reasonably on the revisions. Overall he was a pleasure to work with, and we have recommended Tri-chroma to friends and neighbours.

Reiner guided our home renovation from survey and plans through final inspections. He was a steady hand on the project, and brought invaluable experience at every visit. We made many changes along the way, including replacing suppliers and re-tendering. Reiner provided good advice and helped us favourably resolve all conflicts and problems. He consistently found quality trades and suppliers at better rates than we could find on our own.

Tony lowered our basement floor by about 2.5 feet and built a new 20x20 foundation addition on the back of our 100 year old house. The work involved demolition of an existing addition, multiple new steel columns to support existing beams, new drains and waterproofing. In the middle of the project we asked him to remove a large section of an existing field stone foundation wall to accommodate an open concept plan. He worked with the inspector and made the change quickly, at a very reasonable rate. Tony's team was reliable, fast and efficient. We have a mutual driveway, and our neighbours commented that his team was very conscientious and respectful. An independent foundation engineer tells me the work is very well done. I am recommending Tony to others in my neighbourhood.
