After installation of the new system, I was asked to sign a "subscription" to the alarm service. I didn't pay attention and signed it as requested. After a few years, I tried to cancel the service but was told I had signed a 5 years contract. The so-called subscription actually had a small print that said it's a 5 years subscription. There is penalty to cancel early. I was also charged extra fee for something I didn't order. Be cautious!
