Paul and Michael, the family run business who installed our hardwood flooring provided us with exceptional service and top notch quality and attention to detail. We can not say enough good things about MPM flooring. Their customer care and dedication in assuring our satisfaction goes above and beyond. They have been incredibly understanding and reliable throughout our multi stage house renovation project and even cleaned up after a mess left behind from previous contractors. Their expert and professional knowledge of the trade have provided us with the confidence of knowing that we have a product that will bring us years of satisfaction. MPM also did a fantastic job at building our hardwood staircase and matched the stain to our flooring to a T. We highly recommended MPM and could not be happier with the end results.

Barre Construction completed our new kitchen install and did a fantastic job! We could not have been happier with the end results. They were very responsive, attentive, detailed, respectful, accommodating, considerate, helpful, insightful, patient, and any other positive adjective that describes a company that really cares about it's customer and quality of work that they provide. Josh our installer does not just put up cabinets, he builds furniture and approaches the project as such . Barre listened to our requests and wishes and asked questions to ensure that our wishes were accommodated. Our kitchen reno went through quite a few hurdles, but this did not phase them at all. They understood and helped us through the challenges. Barre Construction goes above and beyond to make sure that they have happy customers, and they are above and beyond the rest in my estimate. We would not hesitate to recommend or request their services again in the future. Thanks to the entire team at Barre for treating us with the utmost respect and care and for bringing back the "home" in our house. Thanks Josh, Josh C., Dianne, Corey.

Our kitchen reno project had it's hiccups, and our dealings with Urban Stone was one of them and very much unexpected considering they provided excellent customer care at the beginning of our project. It all went wrong after the countertops were installed and we realized that our stove did not fit as expected. We have a fitted stove where the sides overlap on top of the counters and the front of the stove wraps over the front of the counter. The stove was available both times when they came to measure everything. The sides fit perfectly, but the back of the stove left us with a 1.25 inch gap from the wall. This is due to the fact that the depth of the countertop was cut to 26.25 inches. We were told by Urban Stone that it was a standard depth, even though numerous Google searches and other Stone makers confirmed that the standard depth is actually 25.5 inches. Not only did Urban Stone refuse to accept responsibility and cut down the counter to the proper depth, they also blamed us for the mistake, claiming that since we signed off on the measurements that it was our fault. They agreed on their terms to add a piece behind the stove to fill the gap. Meanwhile the lid of our pullout recycle bins hits the front of the countertop since it is deeper than standard depth. We are still waiting on them 5 weeks later to do the repairs. Empty promises of scheduled dates that ended up cancelled due to staffing issues. We have now been pushed back to mid January for the repairs since their focus is on installing new countertops. We also paid in full when our countertop was installed. Word to the wise, never pay in full until after you are 100% satisfied with the product. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars from us is because they actually did a great job with the finishing, but they failed miserably in customer care after the problem was reported. In my estimate, a reputable business should never blame the customer for their mistake. And they certainly should never force the customer to accept the product as is with a workaround of their choosing without offering some form of compensation, which they refused to do as well.

Terrible customer service. WOE was subcontracted to provide all the electrical work for our kitchen renovation. They did the rough-in wiring and then dropped us half way through the project. And they charged us the full price the contractor had quoted for the job. Even after repeated attempts to get things back on track, they absolutely refused to provide any assistance or details of the work that had been done. I would not recommend WOE to anyone, in fact I would encourage you to steer very clear from them and anyone they do business with.

I would like to send a big thank you to the entire Reliance team that installed my furnace and AC. Service received was impeccable right from sales to scheduling to completion of the install. I was assured and re-assured through every step of the way that I was getting exactly what was expected, and any unexpected challenges that came up along the way were rectified above and beyond. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the sales/install team who's attention to detail and professionalism are far reaching and are exemplary to the service industry as a whole. Thanks Mike Jovic from sales and his install team Kevin and Rob (3099) for a job well done!
