We had our backyard layed with sod and they never mentioned that we needed to water the sod directly after (within 20 minutes) of it getting layed down and both of us were at work. The sod died even with hours and days of water afterwards and neighbors told us when it was layed it looked dead, and the manager Cory swore and hung up on us when we tried to get help with it.

Thank you for the review, your feedback is important to us. We can understand your frustration, however like yourself, we have to work during the daytime. It was determined by many members of our team that your lawn died due to lack of maintenance on your part. We understand that your are not home during the day, however should you have watered your lawn upon arrival, the grass would not have died. As for your neighbors lawns, they were installed the same work week with the same quality of sod and they have healthy, green lawns. We do not purchase or install dead grass, as there is no benefit to our company or our clients.
We always want to be as helpful as possible, however we have zero tolerence for people being verbally abusive towards any employees or managment of the company. We are a professional company who prides ourselves on our service, and we would appreciate that you do not use slander when we could not meet your request to replace your lawn.
