M & D Buildings did an amazing renovation on the main floor of our house. From the first time we met to discuss the scope of our project, Mike went above and beyond to make sure we both had a clear understanding of what we wanted so that he could properly quote the project. Mike was very attentive to our needs, always returned calls and answered texts making sure ALL our questions were answered. Once the renovation started, the team worked hard and paid very close attention to detail, and checked in periodically with questions and presented good ideas. The team finished the renovation one week ahead of schedule and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! We couldn’t be happier with our new flooring, brand new kitchen, brand new staircase and the best part - an opening between our dining and living rooms. Every last detail was taken care of. Each day the team worked long hours and were very tidy - leaving my house, which we lived during the renovation, very tidy and clean. I highly recommend this contractor - you won’t be sorry! We can honestly say you’ll never find a better contractor! We cannot wait for phase two renovations with M & D Buildings. THANK You!
