I can’t say enough about how extremely efficient, reliable and responsive the team at Canada Hardwood is! :) Sheila showed up when she said she would and provided us with a detailed estimate, Brody and Chester showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job installing engineered hardwood throughout our home, they worked efficiently and did a thorough and excellent job. Sheila, Brody and Chester went over and above the job they were hired for when they assisted us with matching stains for the knotty pine baseboard we wanted installed and with some ideas we had asked about. Most impressive is when all was said and done and our invoice was paid in full, we had hired painters and they damaged our 2 day old hardwood, I called Sheila to ask for advice and she came to our home that very same evening to look at the hardwood with Brody, they couldn’t believe the damage, but the point is, is that we had paid Canada Hardwood in full and this wasn’t their problem, but they showed up to help us, they had a contact of theirs look at the flooring for us, and have made themselves available throughout the whole process of trying to get the issue resolved, we are so grateful for their support and this speaks to the integrity of this company as a whole, good good people, that are excellent at what they do and we highly recommend Canada Hardwood, this is a company you can depend on.
