We recently had our 2nd floor bathroom completely renovated by MTEC who transformed it from a dated, dingy bathroom with an oversized jaccuzi/shower, vanity/medicine cabinet, and toilet to a bright, contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower (glass panels), vanity/medicine cabinet. MTEC offered a very thorough service where they created a floor plan and 3D view so we were able to create a workable lay-out and see exactly what the new bathroom was going to look like. This was highly important, as there was limited space to work with and we needed to ensure that the shower door would clear the toilet and vanity when opening into the bathroom (it swings both ways). We bought the tiles, shower accessories, vanity/medicine cabinet, toilet, etc. from Home Depot which made it easy. Our home is almost 100 years old which resulted in a few unanticipated issues. There was also an issue with one of the shower glass panels (got resolved quickly) so the entire process took a longer than expected, but at the end of the day, everything worked out. I now LOVE showering in our new bathroom. Gianmarco, Eric, and the rest of the team were very professional, courteous, and hard-working. They all showed up when they said they were going to and were easy to deal with. I actually kind of miss them! I guess we'll have to bring them back to do that other bathroom. I have nothing negative to report and would highly recommend MTEC.

We used LB Heating for many years and have always had a good experience. We recently hired them to do a regular furnace maintenance service. the furnace also has an issue that no one has been able to figure out that might be a switch or the motor or someone else. The service technician (Delaney) was extremely diligent in trying to determine what the exact problem is and came up with what might be the solution. In any event, I have always found him to be very thorough, professional, and courteous. He always takes great care to provide a positive customer experience.

During an extremely heavy rain, we had a sudden leak in our first floor pantry which has never happened before. I had a feeling it was a problem with an overflowing eaves, so I called a few companies for an emergency cleaning. I was about to go out of the country for a couple of weeks and needed it done in the next 24 hours. Tip Top Trough was able to do the job within a few hours. They came as promised and did a thorough cleaning. We haven't had a heavy downpour since then, but there was some rain last night and there was no more leaking, so I assume the problem is solved. The guys were very cordial and professional. I would definitely recommend the service and use them again.
