We knew we wanted to replace the old carpet with flooring. Brad helped us in our research and in making decisions about the type of wood. His recommendation to replace the stairs rather than cap them was critical to being able to assess other quotes properly as well. Brad was patient with me as I struggled to finalize choices, but he was great and incredibly respectful of the fact that this was a significant investment for me. We are so happy with the quality of the work. As you can see from the photos attached, it's like a different house. Brad was careful to keep everything clean, even when they were sawing boards in the house. Each day, they cleaned up before they left, and were very respectful of the fact that people were living and working in the house during the renovations. And Brad was super with the cats...ensuring everything was always safe for them.
