This is the second time that they are coming to clean the bedroom rug. After spending the whole day cleaning, everything was spic and span. The service technician arrived the first time and faked that he had soap in his eye, used the clean sink and not sure if it was an ego problem, but wanted me to look when he used his shirt to dry his eye...personally I could careless on a body type. He ended up oversaturating the bdrm causing the result to be brown spots on a white rug. This is his second attempt to doing it right, if not the Better Business Bureau will be notified. The carpet was cleaned on the 25 of June, I was stuck waiting for it to get fixed til July 4. As far as I am concerned it was technician's fault and I should have either got squeezed in on July 3, or he should have had to work on the weekend. Once again the service technician Mark is a no show. Not super impressed by this company and will not be using their services ever again. If your needing a carpet cleaner do your homework and avoid this one.
