I have an older unit so when it stopped working leading into the hottest weekend of the year so far I expected the worse. The technician, Jose arrived at the time promised and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor, then diagnosed and replaced a fault replaced a faulty fuse. After the repair he reviewed the air returns and found that the return on the main floor was blocked with what appeared to be a very old filter. He also recommended a service plan which would check and clean the A/C and furnace regularly and would relieve some of the stress on the unit.His knowledge and expertise was obvious throughout, and he communicated everything in a friendly and clear manner.
