Northern Developments took down , remived and replaced our back yard fence. We are just thrilled with our fence and the job they did. They were fast, clean and efficient. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

After an expensive non-repair from Appliance Repair Guys that did not fix the problem and made matters worse than before they came, we called Modern because we saw these positive reviews. Good call. Peter was great: he diagnosed the problem over the phone and within 15 minutes we fixed it ourselves. Peter deserves ALL of your appliance repair business.

We had 12 year old Bruce flooring with beveled edges in need of refinishing. Francisco did such a wonderful job, my new floor are beautiful, and best of all no more beveled edges!! Francisco was on time and his work is outstanding. We would recommend and use Francisco again! Thanks Francisco
