From start to finish, working with Nief and Mike from Florentine Kitchens was the best part of the 3 month renovation of our condo! Nief was professional, patient with all of our requests and every week he called us to check in to see if we were happy with our decisions about the kitchen, bathroom vanities and closets and was perfectly willing to change whatever we needed. Both Nief and Mike helped us throughout the process by offering suggestions and solutions to some challenges we had with the space. We are thrilled with everything they did for us and it was all completed in record time! The workmanship is absolutely excellent and I love my beautiful new kitchen. They are true professionals that genuinely care about their clients and workmanship! It was a treat and a pleasure to work with Florentine Kitchens! Even Sheila in the office was always pleasant and helpful! We will definitely go to them for any future projects we need in this area and highly recommend them!

From the moment we stopped in to look at vinyl plank flooring options at the Alexanian Dufferin location, Frank has been one of the most patient, attentive, professional sales people we have had the pleasure to work with over our fairly large renovation these past 3 months. He spent time with us explaining all the possible options, the different quality of options, the installation process and made sure we understood what all the requirements were in choosing vinyl planks. For example, he was very definite about not laying the floor under the kitchen cabinets as according to the manufacturers specification, it would potentially damage the floor and eventually our kitchen installer and contractor agreed...but Frank had to insist for a period of time before he got their consensus. He kept in touch with us several times to confirm the installation date (we did not have to chase him!) and he always took time to explain whatever we had questions about even if he had already done so earlier....we really appreciated his patience! His installers were wonderful!! They were pleasant, professional and skilled! They arrived when they said they would, worked around and moved some obstacles that were not supposed to have been in the way(without complaining to us...we had to ask them!), did a beautiful job of laying the floor all in one long day and cleaned up leaving the unit as if they hadn’t been there! We are so happy with the result! The floor has transformed our condo and we can’t wait to move in! Working with Frank was definitely a highlight in our renovation process, we are thrilled with our new floor and plan to highly recommend Alexanian (especially Frank’s location) whenever we’re asked!
