They’re on time, let you know if they’ll be delayed, and take all the time needed to explain the how’s and why’s of the treatment and the problem. They provide excellent reports and expect the customer to do their part also on a go forward basis. That way our pest problem got solved. We learnt a lot from HUG, that’s why we highly recommend them.
