From the first point of contact, Michael was polite, professional and concise. After gathering a few details from me, he laid out the expectations from the start, including timelines, scope of the work and a committment to providing a summary shortly thereafter. Michael came to the unit prepared and he was intensely thorough, not only did he personally scour the unit from top to bottom, manually testing all systems and doing general QA throughout, he also brought speciailized tools, monitors and equipment to measure and record his findings. His expertise was demonstrated when he went beyond the integrity of the unit itself and inspected building maintenance and operational areas as well including the roof, parkade, mechanical rooms and so on. Michael welcomed me to join him as we did a walkthrough and took the time to explain his observations and relate them to the manufacturer's specs. After the process was completed, I had a detailed summary of findings and recommendations within two hours! It was a true relief to have someone so through to perform a rigorous inspection and report back with such proficiency and detail. No doubt it certainly reinforced my decision-making process.
