We purchased a high end soft and loveseat in 2000 with an additional 10 year fabric warranty. 6 years later, the fabric is in terrible condition and neither La-Z-Boy nor the "third party" fabric warranty have resulted in any repairs or replacement. They won't visit the house, they won't replace the worn areas, but they WILL supply a thousand excuses as to how we probably caused the fabric to wear. I will never buy a product from La-Z-Boy again. Their customer service is terrible, even after escalating the issue. Big thumbs down to them.
