We left a small shaft from a snowblower with Lorenzo, the owner, based on his assurance that he did small jobs and that he would call us with an estimate before proceeding. After 2 months we had heard nothing. We called and at first he could not find our part. Lorenzo finally found it and, without giving us an estimate, fixed it charging us $95 ($107.35 tax in) for the job. We called objecting to the price & to the fact that we were not provided an estimate. Lorenzo was aggressively unapologetic for failing to give us an estimate. In fact, he said that we either pay him $80 ($90.40 tax in), his big price reduction following our complaint, or forfeit our part! If we were given a $95 estimate we would have taken it elsewhere & still had our part. Not worth 1 star!
