Living very close to a large cemetery at Lansdowne and St.Clair, we determined that a racoon (or more) had burrowed below a common walkway between two of our houses. Swat was great - they provided the steps up front, along with an estimate on cost. They arrived on the day they said they would, along with the follow up visit almost 10 days later to remove the one way door and install a permanent barrier. Both times they knocked to advise that they were here. Great job Swat!
