I am a local renovation contractor and builder in North Vancouver, operating and doing business since 2003. I have worked with Steve and his team since 2010 and he does all of our Skylight retro fits and installs. He is great to deal with and service. He does beautiful work and is reasonable. I highly recommend Steve Nicholson.

I contacted Lance at the last minute to wash and clean our newly completed job site. I instantly liked Lance and he was able to accommodate us with our tight schedule. Him and is crew were very thorough and did an amazing job. My client was so happy to see his house spotless after 5 months of construction work. I would highly recommend Lance with Sedona power washing. Not to mention he arrived to site in a awesome 1957 pick up.
