Josef is an artist... he evaluates the floors you have, and sees what they could become. And while he offered many options of tints and finishes, I told him to do whatever he thought would work best for my 135 year old house. I had seen the photos of his work and knew he would create something beautiful. He did that, and more. The old pine floors now have sumptuous luster. They reflect sunlight and are a perfect balance of rustic and polished. I think that Josef sees the potential in things that others might think are old and easily replaceable. He has an artist's soul and a craftsmanship skill. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Milton the sales guy is great... fast to respond, knowledgable, and super responsive. The crew was just as wonderful. They took care to minimize damage to my garden, dealt very kindly with a crazy neighbour, and were unfailingly polite and cheerful. The job was done in 3 days, 2 days ahead of schedule, and they left things looking beautiful clean and tidy. I highly recommend these guys. J was dreading to upheaval and mess and hassle, but were fast, precise and diligent.

From the moment their inspector did his inspector, to the day they finished the job, The Mold Guy(s) were just outstanding. They finished ahead of schedule, were unfailingly polite and, most impressively, they were able to juggle a dumpster snafu that happened when my neighbour changed his mind about allowing them to park it in his parking lot. Kay called me, on a Saturday night, to say: "Don't worry about this, we'll take care of it. Sleep easy." Seriously, they were so kind and professional. And now my basement, for the first time in 15 years, smells awesome. I can't recommend these folks highly enough :)
