Manny was the only guy who followed up on my inquiry on homestars. He made the appointment, confirmed in the morning and just before arrival. He showed me the mess to be cleaned and then showed the results and asked if I was satisfied. That is great customer service.

The care they took to attach to the 7 carpeted doorways, ensuring that the new flooring looked the best in terms of the uneven space, ensuring the fit on the rounded edge of the stairs and the minutiae that make the difference between a good job and a great one. They did what they said, came when they promised and handled the 'household surprises' that popup with non straight walls etc. to ensure the end result was satisfactory to us along the way.

We had a minor gas leak by the stove that was intermittent. However with some effort they found that the flex hose to the stove would leak only if it was in a certain position. They also found that the original install of the feed line was not quite right and should be corrected for the future. Careful team and kept covid protocols for our protection.
