Tom charged a reasonable, not cheap price as it comes to repairs/ installation. He is relatively fast and efficient. He is quite friendly and he does a relatively good job. The only thing is he comes very early in the morning.

My husband and I went to this store and looked around. We bought a sTickley dining set. We specified the color that we wanted. The next time we went back and there was another sales lady. She took our order. But when the dining set came, it was not the color that we wanted and they refused to send us the one that we wanted. As we had already paid half of our deposit, we took it regardless. We are not happy with that.

Carey is very personable and knowledgeable. He is helpful in showing the furniture that we are interested in. It was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately when they delivered the furniture to our house, part of the table was chipped. They sent somebody to fix it as good as they can. I am happy for their service.

Andre is a true professional. I showed him the color theme of my house and he matched the colors that I wanted perfectly. He is very meticulars, and he is truly professional. He offered great advice and he listened attentively and made great suggestions that added to the original design of the pattern that I created. I would strongly recommend him to all people I know.

They provide efficient service. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and delivery persons are good at what they did. Prices may not be the best but acceptable. They honour their matchable price when I showed them the competitor's pricing.
