Hired to fix a toilet. Toilet still leaked. Employee said, "do not worry about it, it will be fine I asked the employee for his plumbing license and he said he did not have one. He said he did not need one because he worked under the bosses licenses. I called the plumbing manager of the town of Methuen and was told that the worker did not tell the truth. Anyone coming to your home must under law be licensed as a plumber to perform even fixing the toilet. If you hire this company, whoever shows up at your house or business. Ask for their own plumbing license not the companys license. If the employee says they do not have one on them or they dont need one or, If they show you one, write the workers name and license # down, then call the state of mass dept of licensure to ensure you had a real, plumber come to your home and report the company and that employee if the person who did the work is a fake plumber. Decline the work and report the company. This company sent a a fake plumber to my home. It cost me to get A reputable plumbing company to fix it. THIS COMPANY SENDS UNLICENSED PEOPLE TO YOUR HOME. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW. AND IS A VERY DANGEROUS SAFETY HAZZARD
