I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, hired this company to do my back and front yard and the date for installation was set up. I talked to Matt and he said that the job is gonna be done and I’m gonna be very happy with the results. A few days before the September 19 th he called me and said that he can’t make it that day and He will come on September 22nd . I asked him once again if he is able to do this job this year and he said that I’m gonna have it this year 200%. The day before the 22nd he called me again and said that he can’t make it once again and will show up on September 26 no matter what, I asked him if he is sure about it as I’m gonna have the loam delivered day before and he said that he is coming for sure. The soil has been delivered on September 25 and Matt called an afternoon saying that he can’t come tomorrow and this after I spent $225 for a soil. Matt said that he is going to do this job on Friday September 28th , he will do a gravel and the sod will be delivered on Saturday morning and will be installed the same day. He came this morning and said I will do the gravel today and the sod next year, no it’s your time to decide if you want to go with this company or not, my recommendation to stay away.

Sorry but due to the weather we have had the past month we are far behind and have had limited amount of time to finish projects this year. We did try to communicate that to you and other customers and well and are sorry you feel that way but when the weather is like it has been there is not much we can do. We did offer to move the soil and install rock for you and gave you a full refund. Sorry about the weather.

I bought the mattress at the above mentioned store and after a couple of weeks the mattress became uncomfortable with some weird noises and when I came back to the store to report the issue they recommended me to reselect the mattress and taking more expensive by paying the difference. They never offered me to make a mattress waranty claim and I didn't know about this option. The new mattress delivery has been scheduled and the mattress has been replaced with an expensive one around 03:00 pm. Right after the delivery we left and came back arround the midnight. We put the mattress protector and the bed sheats and we noticed a very strong smell from the mattress, it was very stinky and after 10 min me and my wife started sneezing and having a short breathing. I packed the mattress back and put in the garage in the middle of the night and me and my wife slept at the couches. I came back to the store first thing and the morning, at 09:00 am after I barely slept and talked to the store manager. The lady was very rude and not willing to help at all, she just said there is nothing we can do for you and this after we spent more than 12k at this store. I asked her what can be done and she offered to have a technician coming to check the mattress in at least 2 weeks. I asked her where am I suppose to sleep for a 2 weeks and she said you can buy a new mattress and this after we spent 2000$ on this mattress. I asked her if there is an original or general manager that I can contact to and she said that I can’t and her decision is final and there is no one can change her decision. I had no choice and I bought another mattress that was on sale, by the way this is the same mattress that I have had from the first place but with no issues at all. After the payment I asked for an urgent delivery as I have no mattress to sleep on but was told that the earliest one they have is in 10 days and they can’t help me. I left the store with very bad feeling and headed to the brick warehouse to pick up the mattress by myself. The day after I came to the store once again asking to return the defective mattress and having a full refund but the lady was not willing to help at all . I kept insisting to have my issue raised to the higher management level and after I was begging for at least 30 min she told me that she will check this matter with her manager and will get back to me. I left the store with kind of hope and was waiting for the lady to call me back. After a week I didn’t hear from her and called the store and left her a message to call me back but she didn’t. After 3 days I called again and left her the message to call me back and she never did, I came to the store to meet her in person and she was to busy that she couldn’t talk to me. She called me back after 2 weeks and I asked her if she has any news and her answer was “” what neews are you waiting for, I told you at the first day that this is my decision and it’s final. If this is the way to treat your customers after they spent more thah 12 k at this store? I would recommend to stay away from this brick location.

My wife called the company ordering a carpet cleaning for a 4 bedroom house. They quoted $149 for the service and got an additional $20 off for a coupon that we have been asked to provide to technician. The date was set and the technician showed up in time, I went with him through the house and confirmed the price of $129 after providing a coupon. The job took about an hour to complete when a the end I was asked to pay more than a double the total of $270. I asked the technician for a breakdown and he told me that there are an extra charges for the closet which is part of the room , for the hall and stairs. I was telling him that my wife didn’t tell my anything about these charges and I couldn’t check this with her as she is not using the phone at workplace. I asked the technician why he didn’t tell me anything about the extra charges when confirmed the price of $129, he said that this is not his job and the customer service should have been advise us at the time of the order and there is nothing has to do but to pay the bill as the job is done anyway. He told me that customer service will credit us if they didn’t inform us about an extra charges and this is how it works and the bill should be fully paid. He handed me some ppwk to sign telling that is for the job that has done and collected the payment . I talked to my wife at her break a few hours later and she confirmed that no one advised her about the extra charges that may occur and once she called the office , they told her that she as the customer was supposed to ask it and the customer representative that took the order was on training and probably forgot to inform. They are note ready to issue a credit for a difference as they keep telling that the job already done. I filed a complaint on BBB and will take the company to the court for having them credit the difference. My recommendation to stay away from this company, this is nothing more than another rip**f, very disappointed.

Indeed the Customer Service Representative in training did not ask your wife for these additional areas that are not included in the package. As such after further clarifications, we refunded you the corresponding portion of the service as this definitely did not meet our standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
