Got a house 2 years ago and the closing date was meant to be April 27, 2017. Just finally closed June 18, 2018. After so many “final” closing dates they gave me a house without living conditions! I have a baby and I feel unsafe on my own property. There isn’t a single 5f space of good conditions. No countertops, no sinks. Toilets don’t work! My furniture is there but can’t go there yet because isn’t safe and no living conditions.
