I called Dodds to repair the door for me. They went out and changed the pannel. However they have never sent me the recipt as promised. They were efficient, but very expensive

We are at a loss as to the "receipt" the client is referring to. When a job is completed we ALWAYS leave a priced work order with the client or in the mail box if the client is not home. We then always follow up with a subsequent copy of the invoiced work order. We do not issue any receipts?
The client states we were efficient but expensive. The question is expensive as compared to what? Surely the client did due diligence before asking us to do the work but still chose us.


I ordered window coverings for my son's bedroom window and shutters for my breakfast room and family room windows. The shade for my son's room was installed very quickly, and I am totally satisfied. However I am still waiting to have the Shade o matic shutters to be installed. The installer came about 3 weeks ago and the frame was the wrong size. I put the amount on my Sears card, and I have to say they have not yet charged me for any of the work.
