Excellent customer service from the time we walked into the showroom until final install. Company constantly followed up as work was progressing. Awesome crew Amry, Adam and Fidel. We hit a major snag when the old front bay window was removed and the whole support underneath was totally rotted out. The crew completely rebuilt the structure and did the final install. The crew showed up each day exactly when they said they would . Complete cleanup of work site. Beautiful product and wonderful cons toner service from start to finish Would recommend Brock Windows to anyone looking to replace their current windows. Brock you have amazing people working for you.
