Excellent experience from start to finish! I was 'ghosted' by another painter and was feeling discouraged. From the moment I contacted Encore, I knew it was going to work out. Management was prompt and professional, organized and honest. They quoted a fair price and scheduled a painter quickly. Our scale-y sun beaten exterior door and windows were a challenge. Our painter was super friendly and very efficient. He worked hard scraping, sanding, filling/skimming , 2 coats of paint and cleaned up nicely all in 1 day. I would happily contact them again for future jobs.

We were very happy with hiring Lisa from Chix Who Fix to frame our attic for storage space. We are fairly handy but we didn't trust ourselves to tackle framing and reinforcing. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She made excellent suggestions and even stayed on to repair a faulty pocket door in our house. She is very friendly, professional and easygoing - a pleasure to have in our home. We would definitely hire her anytime again for future projects!

This is my very first online review, I had such a positive experience with Big Ben and his whole crew, I couldn't resist sharing. I found Big Ben's company highly recommended on a local FB community group. He arrived soon after my initial call, inspected the scope of my removal job, gave a fair estimate, and committed to a date. All promises were kept. The crew was friendly, polite, hard working and efficient. Jaqueline in admin was a pleasure to deal with too. Ben dropped in throughout the day to oversee the project. A day that was expected to be stressful was a delightful surprise. Big Ben was a true gentleman, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him and his crew to a friend. I'd like to think that I also kept everyone happy in warm home made cookies too, LOL!
