We had a leak in our home that resulted in mould buildup. We contacted a number of companies and Anton came out right away to investigate and provided a reasonable quote in a very timely fashion. Of note is we had other work scheduled to be done a specific day. We needed Anton to be there for 11am and for the job to be completed by 1pm. This was critical as the other work could not be done until the remediation was completed. Anton was on-time and brought two additional workers, at no additional cost, and the job was completed in one hour. Anton is a true professional and was great to deal with. We would definitely use Anton's services again.

Diego, sales rep, is one of the best trades salespeople that I have dealt with in Toronto. He is knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, always answers his phone or returns calls very promptly. He clearly laid out the work to be done. Luis, supervisor of the job, was also so great to deal with, and a complete professional. This was a challenging job as the existing shingles and plywood sheathing had to be removed, insulation blown in, new sheathing installed, and then a protective layer had to be done. This had to be completed in one day to ensure no water leaks into home, noting there had been a lot of rain over the past weeks. They were able to complete all this work in one day, as it did rain for the next three days (and no leaks!). Once the job was done, I went on the roof with a contractor friend, who inspected the work and said they did a great job. So, we are definitely fully satisfied with the work that was done by Professional Roofers, and would definitely recommend their services.

We have done business with Ideal for many years now, with former owner, John. When I called and found out that Amit had taken over from John, I was a little apprehensive. Amit quickly rid me of all doubts. He repaired our fireplace as well as securing a tricky air vent, and performed maintenance and cleaning on our a/c and gas furnace. He is professional, personable and easy to deal with. I actually find him more responsive than John was, as there were times with John that he did not return calls, which I find very annoying. I have not experienced this with Amit, who returns calls or responds to texts in a very timely fashion. In sum, I would certainly recommend Amit and Ideal Heating and will definitely be using his services again in the future.
