Stefano really impressed the heck out of me. He was on site and working before I even got to the site. He spent the next 4 plus going through that house with a fine tooth comb. Almost like it was a house he was inspecting for one of his own family members. He was very likeable, educated, and had all the right tools. More than willing to talk his way through each step of his inspection. I consider myself a very capable handyman. I would have missed half the things he found.
