When we went in to purchase paint for our daughters room, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products available that are safe to paint her room with. The color choices were amazing. We were so satisfied.
I came here in search of a crib and a glider. Needless to say I left empty handed as the prices were out of this world. The location of this place is not convenient for anyone in Ottawa, and the prices were as if it was located in posh westboro. I was very disappointed. As a young parent, there was nothing in this store that was affordable for us.
I love this store for equipment and furniture. They have so many varieties and sets of baby furniture. Also countless strollers and carseats. I have found many things here I havent seen at other baby stores (ie babies r us).
This is my favourite place to shop for everything for my daughter. Everything is affordable, in impecable condition, and they sell everything from clothes to baby equipment and videos. They even sell carriers and new toys too.
We needed storage right away, and dymon was able to give us three free months. It was a life saver for us because we didnt expect to need it until last minute.

I have worked in customer service many years, and the service here is unbeatable. We were treated the way customers should always be treated, with respect. We have only purchased some of the furniture we need so far, but we will definitely be back for more.
