Very happy with the work. I'll admit, I reached out to another highly rated Home Stars company and they didn't even get back to me after an email and a call--but Strong Plumbing immediately responded and was able to give a quick, firm quote easily over text with some pictures and questions. He showed up when he said he was going to, got the work done fast and how I expected it to look. Very happy and would recommend.

I went out to 3 other highly recommended Toronto based eaves companies who all told me they weren’t willing to work in my area of Toronto (and my house is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of parking, etc). These guys were very responsive and easy to work with. I explained what I needed to change and why (redirect pipes for both aesthetic and functional reasons) and they were able to add their expertise which I appreciate because this is my first time with eave/soffit work. I wasn’t 100% happy with where one of the downspouts was falling (they did it because it was the best water to fall but it didn’t look as good) and Mark made the change—no questions asked and it even meant he had to redo work he JUST finished. Overall happy with the final product. My only partial negative is they were on the high end for pricing—but they don’t sell themselves as the cheapest guys in town, and you get what you pay for.

I was referred to Glenwood by a friend for getting some low, let large limbs removed from an English oak in my front yard. I did my due diligence and got a few quotes as I have never needed tree work done so had no insight into fair pricing (I’ll add that they were the fastest to return my call!). Overall I was very happy with the work—it was a fairly straight forward gig, but the crew was on time, friendly, easy to work with and listened to my directions (the removal was strictly for aesthetic reasons for a better view of the park across from me, but they were able to provide their expertise as well regarding balance of the tree and avoid the risk of harming the tree). They cleaned up the area and took all the brush away nicely. Would definitely recommend giving them a call!

Very happy with work done by Quality First. We had a leak on the flat part of the roof caused by some flash floods and the roof being older. I contacted 3 companies (all well reviewed GTA roofers) and Mike was first to get back to me, first to do a site visit and first to give a quote. One other company said they wouldn't be able to come see me for over two weeks (and work would start several weeks after that), and the other didn't even get back to me. Mike was responsive from the start and even after the job finished. He delivered on what he original said when it comes to when he could start, what it would cost and how long it would take to complete. We live in a semi and the leak may have been coming from under my neighbours rooftop deck. Mike and team lifted the deck, extended the roofing membrane under her side and finished it nicely with metal cladding to keep animals out. Even my neighbour was impressed by the job! He even sent progress pictures as a follow up just incase our insurance company needed them. Weeks later, someone from his team also called to check and make sure we were satisfied with the work that was done--and I can surely say we were.
