thank you for sharing your Drainrock experience. Purchasing a home in a hot real-estate market can be very stressful. Having to deal with multiple bids, over asking prices and no home inspection are scary thoughts. We have had many customers who purchased during the last couple of years discover drainage problems that went undetected until the rain showed up. thankfully now with a slow down in the market, most, if not all homeowners are doing their diligence by having the home inspected and some having the perimeter drain tile system inspected.
