We were doing pretty large scale renos on a new house and (naively) didn’t think we'd need a plumber. When we hit our first snag I found A Marco on homestars and Sharon sent Mark over within a couple hours. When he discovered the city curb stop had an issue Mark went to bat for us, saving us potentially thousands of dollars. We were so impressed that we asked them to plumb a new bathroom for us. Brad & Mark did an amazing job installing our fixtures - 4 jets/rainshower/wand/mixer in the shower and a fussy English tap-set that required alot of skill and patience to install. We are thrilled with the results. Since then Mark has been back to install an Aquatrip unit for us ( whole home leak detector with an automatic shut off for the main valve). I love it for the peace of mind. Being able to run the dishwasher at night or run out during a wash cycle without worrying is great and I wouldn't have done that before getting one of these things. I highly recommend this company. Sharon, Mark and Brad are a pleasure to work with.

Brandon & Bob finished the basement for us when we decided to put our house on the market. They had lots of great ideas on how to design the space & came up with a couple clever solutions for us. We were in a bit of a time crunch since we'd already purchased another house & had to get ours ready to sell. They really helped us out with their scheduling. They are excellent guys who will care for your home like it's their own. They even brought me coffees in the morning & were great with my senior dog. I would recommend Boyd General Contracting to anyone.

Had the whole house painted after completing renos. Greg came to quote, check on progress during work, and walk-through at the end. Great guy and super responsive throughout the job. Scott & his partner are pros. This is the second house they've painted for us and I love the way it looks. I was comfortable leaving them while I was at work, and when I was home they even offered to bring me coffee back from their lunch break. I would recommend this company to anyone. The quality is excellent and the price is very fair. Also nice that their price includes quality Benjamin Moore paint. Love that this is a Bridle Path quality company happy to work in Ajax. A few of their competitors I'd contacted for a quote weren't interested in coming out to the 905. Thank you Clean Cut Painting!

We hired Ruben after he finished my brother in laws basement and we saw what a great job he did. Amazon ripped out our existing kitchen and rebuilt it: removed bulkheads, new flooring, new custom cabinetry, new granite countertops, gas line installation, pot lights, painting, backsplash, etc etc. The guys were great, it was on time and on budget, and my kitchen is beautiful. I wouldn't change a thing. I would absolutely use Amazon again and recommend them to anyone. Top quality craftsmanship and very reliable.

Millennium Woodworking capped our staircase for us and stained it to match the existing hardwood floors. As a surprise they even removed the banister, took it to their shop, sanded it down, and stained it to match perfectly. The job was done in one day, it was neat and tidy, and my husband often tells people the staircase is the most solid part of our house. It makes a huge difference and was money well spent. The owners were really nice and gave us a tour of their workshop. We have just referred my husbands brother to them and they will be doing their whole house (hardwood) and staircase. Great company!
