We had AC installed by Air Central in Mid -June. We chose them as they installed for our previous house. On the second day, we noticed the new unit was not working properly. Of course it was hot. At 8:30 pm I sent them an email and left a voicemail. At this point I was expecting to hear from them the next day. I was shocked that 45 mins later I received a phone call that a service person was on their way. Their was a small wiring issue they fixed upon arrival. As much as no issue would be preferable, the real point is how they responded. The unit has been working for the past month after with no problems. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service. We would highly recommend!
