X&H did a terrific job with our downtown Toronto condo. They did a total overhaul of our kitchen, an update to our bathroom and installed new flooring throughout the condo. They completed the job on time and were very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose along the way. They were very transparent about pricing and there were no surprises at any point. Gary and his team did an incredible job on the installation of laminate floors for our 1 bedroom condo. Gary is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward, and provided us with a clear breakdown of the costs of the work. He provided invaluable advice when we were debating between hardwood, laminate, and the type of laminate we ultimately decided to install, and helped narrow down our options to choices within our preferred colour range. We were impressed by the speediness of the job as the removal of the carpets and installation of the laminate only took 2 days. You get what you pay for and we are very pleased with the professional quality of the work and the appearance of the laminate.
