The Gienow team of Alex Kuzmin, Tony, and Max had to install two windows in our bathrooms, but one window was larger than the original and one smaller, which required a lot of extra work for framing, drywall, and exterior siding. They took care to cover our floors, were very courteous, and cleaned up including vacuuming. Alex then went over the final job with us, and explaining the features of our new windows. We have had other windows replaced by Gienow in past, and the service and quality is always very good. And the sales person, Trevor Hamilton, explained the quotation and options to us without any pressure to upsell.
