had Dave come to repave driveway Last November 2015 for my in-laws. I called him late February as we noticed there was a dip 3/4 way down driveway and some of the asphalt/stones was easily coming off. he stated he would come by and have a look. we never heard back!! I have left 3 voice messages and not one reply over the past 5 months. I would suggest looking at another company as you might not have any follow up with this company and you might not have any warranty for your driveway.

Job was done at appropriate time, the gentlemen was very helpful in providing tips on reducing weed pop up, cutting grass height and watering. would recommend this company, however, only issue i have is that they have been calling numerous times re: offers in which i did not want and have asked them repeatedly not to call back and that i have their business number for future reference.

We purchased Polyshutters from Alex in April 2012, we were very pleased with the how the shutters looked. Beginning of June 2012 my wife pointed out some 'warps' on one of the shutter plastic seals (plastic strip between two shutters). We called Alex a few times before he called back, however, he felt the defect was a fault of ours without coming to see the item. He said he would come by to inspect. Again in October we called again and he tried to say it's the owners fault without seeing the situation and that he will try to come by to inspect, it is now December and i have left a message last week with no reply. I am disappointed in the follow-up of this company and what they stand behind, the product was installed for only 3 months and they could not even come to see our concern. Good product; poor commitment to customer followup and satisfaction.

Tony was very easy to talk to and fairly quick in responding to my questions. I had another quote but Tony got my business because he provided me with a written quote fairly quickly. Unfortunately he missed adding an item that increased the quoted price, but he was able to negotiate a reasonable price to secure the deal. There was also the issue of parts coming in late, but the very next day the guys arrived and got to work. Workmanship was fairly good, i had to ask for some refinishing but he was able to fix them for me. Tony came by when these refinishes were being done to ensure things met my expectations. Overall, a reliable company that provides reasonable price, ensure they meet customers satisfaction. Thanks again Westwood!

Paul was very informative, resourceful, patient and timely with answering all my questions and concerns. He may a trip to Woodbridge to grab a special vent that was missed in the pricing. The company responded quickly to a concern i had regarding a missing piece from my bathroom vent. They dropped off the missing attachment. The crew were quick and effiicient in finishing the roof. I only wished they did a better job with the clean up along my tarp in the backyard. Overall, I would recommend this company because they have a long standing positive review, great customer relations, knowledgable staff and quality craftsmanship.
