Chris is a fantastic contractor. Trustworthy, on budget, extremely knowledgeable and just plain nice too. We have worked together on 2 projects where homes I purchased needed to be completely converted from a single family homes to student rentals. Everything needed to be done... And done quickly. Chris NEVER disappointed. His team and him worked so diligently to ensure that everything was completed on schedule and on budget. Most importantly the quality of the work is fantastic. I intend to buy many more properties in Hamilton and won't use anyone else.

I highly recommend Peter from Modern Appliance. Over the years he has fixed almost everything in our house. He is professional, pleasant and punctual. What I like most about him is he gave us a great idea about how to fix our freezer without even doing a service call - and he was right. He is excellent. I won't use another company for appliance repair.
