I called Air One to book an appointment, 3 days later my new furnace and air conditioner were installed. The price was comparable to others I talked to. The difference, PJ the sales guy was excellent. He takes care of everything. When I say everything, I am referring not only the appliance install coordination but, also arranging for Enbridge to come over on install day to assess the air leaks. This is necessary to get one of the rebates offered. PJ explained how to maximize rebates. I saved about $1,800 which includes the 2 needed inspections by Enbridge. Other companies I talked to, did not explain it out like PJ did. There are other rebates also, and PJ is taking care of everything. Total turn key solution. Nick and his helper came over and did a clean install in less than a day. All I can say is my system works much better now. I can hear the difference in the power of the air flow. Just a nice, clean install thanks My contact included getting an old gas fireplace up and running after being idle for 10 years. I had forgotten to mention this to Nick the install guy. He had also forgot. The very next day Nick actually called me to arrange service. The following day, Olson came out and thoroughly cleaned the gas fireplace from top to bottom. It now works like a charm. Great company, great service...... need I say more .....
