Got a brand new door in December 2017 and paid $6000. One month after installation the door started falling apart: the rubber strip at the bottom came off and the wooden panels inside fell off. I have been trying to get them to come over and fix the door since January and I get one excuse after another. The last time I called they told me that there would be a charge of $160 to fix the door, even though it fell apart in less than 30 days after installation. I asked for the manager to call me and they promised he would... but he never did. They obviously care about only one thing: your money. Once they get it you are on your own. Do not purchase anything from them, you will deeply regret it.

We are sorry that your experience with us was not ideal. There is always room for improvement, so thank you for your feedback.
Not sure why you are stating that you can't get through, since we spoke to you on numerous occasions (service department, quality control department, manager) and we did mail you totally new weather stripping for your convenience. If you wish for someone to come, their time and liability are not covered under warranty terms (that you can find on the back of the contract). The warranty covers parts and you were provided with it. It is extremely easy to slide sweep of and slide new one on (as quality control explained).
