Dear Ricky @ Reliable Alarm I think we're all guilty of only taking the time to let people know about the bad things, but I thought I'd drop you a quick email so you know how much we appreciate you and your staff. You and your staff have always gone above and beyond for us and I thought you should know that it doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. Since the break in of our store, we are all very upset and feeling unsafe all the time working here by ourselve. Your quick response of coming to help us right away after hours are much appreciated. We are so happy with our new system and the new set up to ensure we are all secure working in our office. Thank you so much for making this break in and remodelling of our sercurity smoother than I thought. With the two store new monitoring system and service, I am hoping thiefs will never come back .
