The installers arrived on time (even a few minutes early) , began working right away and continued until the job was completed. They covered the carpet going to the basement with a drop sheet which was much appreciated . Before leaving, they explained how to achieve maximum efficiency from both units (furnace for winter months & AC for summer) which included instructions for the new thermostat they installed. Everything was cleaned up as it was before they started so no mess left. Cost was pretty comparable to others but I don't believe the cheapest option is the best option when replacing these items. Great experience & I would definitely recommend The Comfort Shoppe to anyone considering replacing their HVAC units.
