Do NOT agree to have ANYTHING done by this company! Having read some other reviews, it seems MANY people have had the same problem with this company continuing to come for service even when the customer has notified them to cancel services. They state that they were not notified and that you owe them money for something that you did not ask for. If you do not pay, they continue to come and bill you and charge you interest. How does that make any sense? How is this company still in business? Completely unethical practices and schemes. Will lodge a complaint with BBB.

We are happy with our windows however because we upgraded to the best windows available, we were under the impression it would be harder to see in than they are. We a very small hairline crack in one window and they came back and replaced the windows with no issues.

Friendly and helpful staff that really did help me get the best deal on the mattress that I wanted. Delivery staff were punctual and friendly. No complaints, have used them before and will use them again.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Can be hard to get someone to talk to you but when you do, they are knowledgeable and helpful. Our rep was great at getting back to us in a timely manner.

I love home sense for home decor and children's furniture/bedding. Really great stuff, always well priced but the problem is, you have to keep checking because they're always getting new stuff.

Great, hard working movers. Punctual and reliable, very well priced. We used them twice as we did a double move. Extremely happy with them the first time, second time we noticed they were not as careful but altogether we were still happy with their service.

Great selection of modern and contemporary furniture that is fairly reasonably priced as well. Staff work on commission and are helpful. Karen was very friendly and great to work with. If furniture is in stock their warehouse you get it right away but some pieces can take months.

Terrible service. Management and installer were not upfront. Installer was late and did not finish the job he was supposed to do. Said he would come back to complete but then never returned.

Fantastic selection of tile, had some really unique and modern glass tiles. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Very willing to provide samples. Prices seemed reasonable. Recommended to me by a friend.

Beautiful and unique products. They had the exact type of quartz I had been searching the entire city for. Sales rep there was very helpful and friendly. Had some really modern stone products.

Excellent customer service. Our sales rep Susanna was fantastic. She really knew her stuff, gave us lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful. She was also extremely patient throughout our decision making process. Beautiful showroom.

Booked appt over phone. Promised to get same price as previous year, but did not actually offer the previous year's price. Price promised over phone was not the price I was charged. Difficulty getting quoted price honoured.
