Vivint salesperson came to our door to talk to us about their Home Security product. He explained the service and cost well. Answered all of our questions. He was polite and professional. An hour after signing up for the service the technician arrived and installed the system. He didn't to come back the next day to finish as it was getting late. He was quick & clean. He explained everything before he left. Very satisfied with the product and the process. We purchased the equipment and have an ongoing monthly charge. This service is only $8.00 more than our current service but provides 200% more for the money.
